Vung Tau Paradise & Golf Resort
About
An enjoyable links-style experience a little off the beaten track
Whilst it's a fairly lengthy drive from the city to Vung Tau Paradise Golf Resort, those willing to take the trip to the seaside will be rewarded with a 27 holes of links style championship golf on one of Vietnam's least played courses. Despite playing along three kilometres of pristine white beach where the sea breeze keeping things relatively cool, the course has an inland feel to it, with plenty to challenge golfers of all abilities, and it's a shame that this course is not more popular, as it offers a stiff test with some spectacular views of the sea.
The clubhouse is fairly basic but does the job nicely, with decent locker rooms and a restaurant serving local fare and ice cold beers at a reasonable rate. Given the lack of local competition (there are no other courses nearby) it's surprising that the course maintains reasonably high standards, and if you are planning on being in the area it's well worth a round at Vung Tao Paradise Golf Resort. If you go on a weekday, you'll practically have the course to yourself.
Reviews
Very challenging
I've been playing Paradise for many years, and I've enjoyed every game. If you're a "half full cup" guy, you 're going to love this wonderful place. It's a nice place with a regular warm welcome from Vietnam and a good service with a smile.Course Info
